to introduce myself and history - 2008/04/02 22:52
hello.. Ive been going by ArTi54N for about 8 years now.. before that I went by Gumbie with an IE at the end.. it had to do with bubble gum
I was staff at the Austin Heat Wave shows for about 10 years.. mostly just doing the night security thing.. and some in the afternoons and evenings..
I think the 1st heatwave I went to was #4
yes, I used to be in Custom Miniz.. and Ive been in lots of other clubs and organizations since then
currently I am the texas chapter president at offroadworld.tenmagazines.com
Ive also been in the Brown Impressions Lowrider Club for almost 11 years
plus Im in half a dozen other clubs and organizations
I go to shows and events every few weeks right now, cuz I can afford to.. and I like to get out and do stuff..
I have 3 shops that give me the serious hook up.. basicly they are like sponsers, and they will be placed on my tailgate in a week or two.. in multicolor bedlining by one of the 3
incidently Custom Sounds also has been hooking me up since High School, and I'm 35 now.. respect goes out to Sam Hunt and Brian Dorsey who have been there since back in the day.. I love that they are a main sponser now (EDIT I mean sponser of the Heatwave shows)
if you want to say hi to me Im 6'7" 285 pnds and usually Im taking pics or video.. I dont know what club shirts to wear now.. but since I'm leaving the IRS for Snap-On, maybe I'll just wear snap-on shirts..
